DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
How to report copyright infringement on OARealm, and how to dispute a takedown.
Last updated: August 27, 2026
1. Our policy
OARealm LLC ("OARealm") respects the intellectual property rights of artists and other creators. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
This page explains how to submit a takedown notice for content on OARealm that you believe infringes your copyright, and how to submit a counter-notice if your content was removed in error.
2. Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content hosted on OARealm infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@oarealm.com that includes:
(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including a URL or other information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Service; (d) your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to process your request.
3. Our response to a valid notice
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material, notify the user who posted it, and provide that user with a copy of the notice, in accordance with the DMCA.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@oarealm.com that includes:
(a) Your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Service before removal; (c) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial district) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity.
5. Repeat infringer policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, OARealm maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
6. Designated agent
All DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to our designated agent at dmca@oarealm.com. Please do not send unrelated inquiries to this address — for general questions, use support@oarealm.com.
